KUCHING: Ten individuals have been appointed, and took their oath, as political secretaries to the Premier of Sarawak, on Thursday (April 14).
Among them were Maurice Joannes Giri, Sarkawi Suhaili and Dr Richard Rapu from Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB).
Also appointed from PPB were Sayed Azmee Wan Junaidi and Awangku Jinal Abedin Datuk Pengiran Jawa.
Alexander Asing Sadai of Progressive Democratic Party (PDP), and Edwin Banta and Beatrice Kedoh Tajang of Parti Rakyat Sarawak (PRS) were also appointed.
Meanwhile, from Sarawak United People’s Party (SUPP) were Daniel Bujal and Soo Li Ching.
All 10 took their oath in a ceremony at Wisma Bapa Malaysia. Present was Deputy Premier Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah Embas.
