KUALA LUMPUR: A total of 242 Sarawakian students at the Master Weld Academy College in Selangor received contributions in the form of food items from Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) MPs today.

The contribution was presented by Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Sabah and Sarawak Affairs) Datuk Hanifah Hajar Taib to representatives of the affected students in a brief event at the office lobby of Master Weld Academy College in Puchong.

It is hoped that the assistance will ease the burden of the students following the enforcement of the conditional movement control order (CMCO) in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Putrajaya at this time to curb the spread of Covid-19.
