KUCHING:  Dormani Group of Hotels recently held a Seamless Service Training for 31 employees and six students undergoing industry training from SATT College.

The employees who are from Dormani Hotel and Grand Dormani Rajah Court Hotel, together with the students were brought through lectures and activities from Oct 1 to 2 at Dormani Hotel here.

Dormani Hotel Group in a statement said the talks and training aimed to provide staff with knowledge to continue delivering excellent service and maximising guests satisfaction.

“Through such training it is important to eliminate any issues that might exist between the various units in a hotel in providing service to guests, in addition to all staff speaking the same language and continuing to provide the right information.

“For instance, if a guest asks the housekeeping unit about breakfast, they will provide the same and accurate information as any staff from other departments and not just from the food and beverage department,” the statement explained.
