SERIAN: The first phase of the Permata Spektra House Project (RSP) in Kampung Tebakang Melayu will start with the construction of 30 houses.

Bukit Semuja assemblyman John Ilus announced this while officiating at the briefing for Kampung Tebakang Melayu expansion scheme today.

He suggested to village chief Senyem Han and the village development and security committee (JKKK) to make further inquiries with the agencies involved such as the Housing Development Corporation (HDC) and Land and Survey Department (LSD) on the application criteria.

“This is to allow us to facilitate the procedure for local residents in applying for the houses,” he said.

He also congratulated the local residents because the project is the first to be implemented in Bukit Semuja constituency.

“With the implementation of the project, I hope it would provide better homes for the benefit and wellbeing of the people,” he added.

The RSP project was introduced by Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg on Feb 15, 2017 to assist the low-income group to own a house.
