KUCHING: St. Joseph’s Private Secondary School (SJPSS) was abuzz with excitement on Monday as students gathered to receive their Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) 2023 examination results.

Out of the 170 students who sat for the SPM examination earlier this year, one student achieved straight A+ grades in all 10 subjects, while two other students scored 9A+ and 1A each.

Overall, 35 students earned straight As, and 79 students achieved B or better in all their subjects.
Acting principal of SJPSS, Stanley Goh, attributed the success to the combined efforts of the students and dedicated support from the teachers.

“The results of our students reflect not just their hard work and talents but also the commitment and dedication of their teachers, who never failed to accompany and encourage them in all ways.

“It takes a village to raise a child, and it also takes every single member of our schoolteachers, support staff, administrators to create the environment for the achievement of greater things.” he said.
