DALAT: A total of 39 units of Rumah Spektra Permata (RSP) will be built here and are expected to be completed in the middle of 2022.
Welfare, Community Wellbeing, Women, Family and Childhood Development Minister Datuk Seri Fatimah Abdullah officiated at the ground-breaking ceremony here today.
Mukah division Resident Hamdiah Bakir, Housing Development Commission (HDC) chief executive officer Mohamad Asman Ahmad, Dalat District Council chief Zulkarnain Nawi, and Mutiara Mortage & Financing Sdn Bhd general manager Shaharony Mat Nor also attended the event.
The Dalat RSP programme is actually a village extension scheme, and located in front of Stadium Perpaduan Dalat with an area of about five acres.
Soil filling work for the project has begun in December.
Built on stilts, a RSP has a floor area of 820 feet square, three bedrooms, sitting room, kitchen and bathroom.
The estimated selling price is between RM90,000 and RM160,000, while financing can be arranged with Mutiara Mortgage, with a monthly repayment as low as RM300.
