The students aged between five and six from Eduland Kindergarten Padungan and Sungai Maong Baru off Green Road were accompanied by eight teachers.

Apart from beautifying the institute, Eduland said in a press statement that the programme was held to inculcate the pupils to love and protect nature through the planting of trees.

It was also held in conjunction with Earth Day which fell yesterday.

To this date, the two kindergartens of Eduland have planted various types of flowers and trees annually, this year being the 11th year.
