The carnival was first held in 2016. This year’s fourth edition was in line with this year’s Maal Hijrah 1441H’s theme “Negara Rahmah, Ummah Sejahtera” which brings the message of making Malaysia in general and Sarawak in particular a developed country and state while focusing on unity and consolidation.
