MIRI: Around 600 runners participated in the ‘Run For Love 6.0,’ showing their support for the Palliative Care Association of Miri’s charity run 2023.

The event started at the Miri City Hall building in Marina Park here and was officiated by the Minister of Transport Datuk Seri Lee Kim Shin yesterday at 6 am.

The funds collected from the event will be channelled to support the association’s commendable endeavours.

“I commend you for your dedication to this honourable cause. By simply putting on your running shoes and taking to the streets, you’re not only supporting a vital organization but also standing as a beacon of hope and unity,” said Lee.

Also present were Miri MP Chiew Choon Man, Palliative Care Association of Miri’s president Dr. Doris Everlyn Jong, and the event’s organising chairman, Dr. Pui Wei Chieng.
