MIRI: Phase 1 of the piped gas project at Medan Saberkas Miri has been completed, benefitting 67 stalls.
This was disclosed by mayor Adam Yii Siew Sang on Tuesday (Jan 31) during the Miri City Council meeting.
He also thanked Petroleum Sarawak Berhad (Petros) who absorbed the capital sum for the installation.
“It is Petros’ first corporate social responsibility (initiative) since setting up office in Miri this year,” added Yii.
Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg will launch the project on Saturday (Feb 4) at 10am.
