KUCHING: About 70 teams are taking part in the Sarawak Sports Council (MSNS) Inter-Centre Bodybuilding championship jointly organised by the Sarawak Bodybuilding Association and the Sarawak Sports Corporation at the Customs Complex at Jalan Matang, here, from March 24 to 28.

Among the participating teams are three from Miri namely SMK Tinjar, SMK Bakong and MSN with 19 teams from Sibu and the rest from Kuching.

According to MSNS sports co-ordinator for bodybuilding, Azmina Abdul Razak, the fifth annual championship is being held to evaluate the athletes and look for potential athletes to compete in the Sarawak Games (Suksar) and Sukma.
