SERIAN: 80 pupils from 35 primary schools in Serian Division took part in an Under-12 hockey clinic at Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (SJK) Chung Hua, here, recently.
Organised by Sarawak Hockey Association (SHA) in collaboration with Sarawak Sports Corporation (SSC) and the Sarawak State Education Department, the clinic is to encourage more youngsters to take up hockey and to expose them to the finer points of the game, according to the state hockey body’s vice-president Sunil Roy Chakraverty.
