KUCHING: Over 80 media practitioners involved in the three-day Rainforest World Music Festival (RWMF) 2022 today attended a media briefing at Casuarina Hall, Damai Beach Resort.
The short briefing focused on multiple events such as live concerts and workshops that will be held during the festival which will take place from June 17 to June 19.
Apart from the media in Sarawak, other media such as Sabah, and countries such as Spain, Italy, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Singapore and Indonesia also attended the briefing.
All fellow media practitioners are excited and gearing up for the festival as well, which will be held for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic.
Performers such Alena Murang, Nikita Sarna, Balawan Batu Gamelan Fusions, At Adau will be part of the line up acts for the event.
The programme from daytime until nighttime will be attended by people from across Sarawak, Peninsular Malaysia and all over the world.
