KUCHING: Jalan Satok and Jalan Kubah Ria will be temporarily closed on April 8 and 9, respectively.
The roads closure will take place from 9am to 5pm on the day mentioned.
On the closure of Jalan Satok on Monday, road users who wish to go to Kampung Kudei can use Jalan Kulas to Jalan Satok instead.
In addition, road users can also use Satok Lane 21 and Lane 27 heading to Jalan Jambatan Gantung.
Apart from that, road users may also use Jalan Green and divert to Jalan Rubber Barat while road users from Kampung Kudei and Jalan Jambatan Gantung can use Green Road to Jalan Kulas.
Meanwhile, for Kubah Ria road closure on Tuesday, road users from Jalan Matang wishing to go to Jalan Merdeka can use the Tun Datuk Patinggi Haji Abdul Rahman Yakub roundabout or vice versa.
In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, the road closure will be postponed to the following day.
The notice of road closure was issued by Malaysian Public Works Department (JKR).
