KUCHING: A lot have been done by the Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi (Dr) Abang Johari Tun Openg for the benefit of the State during his first year tenure in taking the office, said Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) Youth Chief Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof (pic).

He said as the new captain for ‘Team Tok Nan’, the Chief Minister had continued all the policies and promises made be the late Pehin Sri Adenan Satem during the 11th State Election (PRK-11). “This includes the negotiations on the devolution of power with the federal government to reinstate Sarawak’s rights.

“Even the state government under his leadership had sent a delegation to London to examine the files and rights of Sarawak as enshrined in the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA1963), as well as the right of Sarawak when under the administration of the British government,” said Fadillah in a press statement, yesterday.

He added that the sixth Chief Minister had also introduced a new policies to spur the Sarawak development through digital economy, which is very much welcome by the young generations. Fadillah also noted that his approach is believed to be able to bring Sarawak further towards a developed and also a successful state in Malaysia.

“The PBB Youth reiterated their pledge to continue their solid support towards the Chief Minister and will help him to make Sarawak a better place for all,” he said.
