KUCHING: The proposed Unifor Complex on a three-acre site at Jalan Ong Tiang Swee here is a simple yet elegant landmark with proper facilities for various purposes and functions, including conventions.

Architecturally, the 10-storey building features a timeless contemporary design with a gallery on the ground floor, convention facilities comprising a main hall, function rooms and meeting rooms on the first floor, and supporting commercial shops on the ground floor.

The open concourse on the ground is designed to cater for outdoor events such as religious parades and cultural festivals.

A common grand volumetric phase marks the arrival area linked to offices, the gallery and convention facilities.
