KUCHING: An account executive lost two bags after her car was broken into last Monday evening.
The 29-year-old woman from Batu Kawa, in her report, said she had parked her car near an eatery at RH Plaza Commercial Centre at 6.30pm and when she returned about an hour later she discovered somebody had broken into the car.
She said after checking her belongings, she found a laptop, house keys, a passport and a purse were missing.
Meanwhile on the same day, a businessman lodged a police report after his coffee shop was smashed by a group of armed men.
The incident took place at 4.30pm when three men armed with two baseball bats entered the coffee shop and smashed things inside the premises.
Among the items damaged by the trio included a 42-inch television set, a cabinet and several stalls.
Police were investigating the matter.
