This was pointed out by its Chief Executive Officer, Azaddin Ngah Tasir after he declared open an event entitled “Retirement Talks With EPF” at the Spring Shopping Mall here on Friday.

“AKPK has never appointed any agent or third party representation. All our services are free for individuals. We have three services, namely, Financial Counselling, Financial Education and Debt Management Programme,

Azaddin said his company had received a lot of reports on the third party representatives.

“We have 11 branches throughout the country. In Sarawak, our main branch is at Bangunan Bank Negara Malaysia in Satok, Kuching. We have three credit counselling offices – at Maybank Bintulu, RHB Sibu and CIMB Miri – for those in the rural areas. The public can go directly to our officers without paying anything.
