Al-Rajhi launches new digital banking platform

KUALA LUMPUR: Al Rajhi Bank Malaysia has launched its new internet and mobile banking web browser, alrajhi@24seven.

Chief executive officer Steve Chen said alrajhi@24seven offers customers a hassle-free access to online banking services, including viewing account balances and transactions, Instant Transfer and Duit Now.

“We needed our internet banking to reflect the financial institution that Al Rajhi is today, one which weaves banking into customers’ digital lifestyle needs.

“We will continue to develop innovative and technology-driven solutions, in line with Bank Negara Malaysia’s agenda to promote a cashless society and increase e-payment transactions in the country,” he said in a statement today.

The alrajhi@24seven mobile banking app will be available on smartphone operating system (OS) platforms such as Apple iPhone’s iOS and Google’s Android OS soon. – Bernama
