KUCHING: Angkatan Muda Keadilan Sarawak (AMK) hopes that there will be no more off-field issues affecting Sarawak Premier League team as had happened in previous seasons.

These issues were such as late payment of wages which could affect the players and teams’ performance, said AMK chief Saifunnizam Sam.

He said despite the fact that the team are made up of many young players, AMK Sarawak believes the team can compete with other teams and realise the dream of loyalists Ngap Sayot.

“To the management, AMK Sarawak hopes that they will take care of the players’ welfare and give special attention to young players as they are an important asset to the team.

“Make the players give their best in order to qualify for the Super League in 2020,” he said.

AMK Sarawak also hopes that all parties are ready and open to views and constructive criticisms for the benefit of the Sarawak teams.
