KUCHING: Bong Kueh Lian was announced the grand prize winner of the Buy & Win category in the Grand Lucky Draw at the Sarawak Timber & SMEs Expo 2019.
He went home with the grand prize of one unit of Sharp French door fridge.
The prize was presented by Entrepreneur, Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Development Assistant Minister Datuk Mohd Naroden Majais.
The event was held at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) yesterday in connection with the fourth edition of the Sarawak Timber & SMEs Expo which was held from last Thursday until yesterday.
The second prize of a Samsung washing machine was won by Al Mohd Rudzie while the third prize went to Nur Syahirah Arif who went home with a Sony Bravia 49-inch television set.
Seven other winners went home with prizes such as an Asus laptop, a set of Harwood Timber dining table, a Panasonic air conditioner inverter, a Samsung Tablet A, a Samsung A50 smartphone, an Oscar bicycle and a set of Saadiah Indah side table.
In the Visit & Win category, Bibah Sebli Ong won the first prize and brought home a Samsung 50-inch television set.
Meanwhile, Jamaludin Ahmat and Ahmed Ali Faireez were the second and third prize winners and received a Panasonic air conditioner and Samsung A50 smartphone, respectively.
Other prizes presented for fourth, fifth and sixth prize winners were a Nakama Chest Freezer, a Samling dining table and a Hillog console table, respectively.
Prizes for the Visit & Win category winners were presented by Sarawak Timber Industry Development Corporation (STIDC) general manager Hashim Bojet.
