KUCHING: Cat lovers are in for a treat at the Kuching North Cat Show 2022 on Aug 20.
The event, organised by Kuching City North Commission (DBKU) and cat associations, will be held at Mydin Petra Jaya here from 9am to 6pm that day.
According to DBKU in its website, owners who wish to enrol their cat for the competition can register now until the last day on Aug 18.
Among the categories for the competition are Sarawak Local Cat, Kitten Shorthair, Kitten Longhair, Adult Shorthair and Adult Longhair.
Winners of each of the category mentioned can win up to RM400 in cash.
Besides that, cat owners can also participate in the Cat Fancy Dress Competition, and Cat Cage Decoration Competition.
Other activities during the day include guessing the cat’s weight and cat colouring competition.
