Author donates to association, society

KUCHING: Kuching Autistic Association (KAA) and Sarawak Society For Parents Of Children With Special Needs (Pibakat) recently received donations from author Annie Wong Muk Ngiik.

The money came from the sales of her book, ‘On Grief and Hope’. 

Past president of KAA, Roselind Wee and its secretary, Dr Catherine Chen received a cheque from Wong; the presentation ceremony was witnessed by committee members and members of the association.

The book, co-authored by Wong and her daughter, Samantha Liu, was launched at two shopping complexs in Kuching, namely The Spring and Boulevard Shopping Mall on Nov 17, last year.
