“In that short period of time, I have to admit that there are not many things that can be done in improving the capabilities of Border Regiment (RS) Brigades, whether in terms of human resources, logistics as well as welfare of members and their families.

“Nevertheless, I am very proud that the members of these brigades are still patient with me and continue their day-to-day tasks without doing things that are detrimental to discipline, while maintaining the image of the team and the union,” he explained.

Hence, he hoped that members of the 31st Infantry Brigade would continue to support the new leadership to ensure that the brigade prosper.

“Although the 31st Infantry Brigade has only be set up for two years in Bumi Kenyalang, it is undeniable that it has been serving the people of the state very well.

“Hence, keep this momentum and boost your determination to ensure that we are known as a ‘Cekal Waja’,” he said.
