KUCHING: Road users are advised to drive cautiously along Jalan Datuk Ajibah Abol here as a bridge is undergoing construction until March 2023.
The Public Works Department (JKR) Southern Region on Tuesday (Aug 3) said the Sungai Bintangor Bridge along the road will be demolished and a new bridge will be reconstructed.
“JKR Southern Region will inform further if there are any changes in the date, time or area involved.
“Road users are advised to properly plan their journey at the affected areas. We regret any inconvenience caused,” it said.
JKR Samarahan also advised road users to obey all traffic safety management along the road as well as to be attentive when driving at the area.
They are also encouraged to use existing alternative routes.
