BINTULU: A beach run will be held at Similajau National Park here on 30July and the flag-off time is at 6.30am.
Those who wish to run and test the beautiful, scenic and leisure endurance of Similajau beach can sign up for Similajau Beach Run 1.0 which is now open for registration.
Organised by Underground Runners Bintulu, its organising chairman, MohdIshak Hj. Amran said the Beach Run is open to all citizens of Sarawak.
The deadline for registration is on Sunday, June 18. The Beach Run is divided into four categories, -Open category(13 years old and above) for male and female (6km and 12km), Veteran category(45 years old and above)and Family category (for Parent with Boy and Girl – 12 years and below).
Registration is charged at RM70 for Open and Veteran category for 6km and RM90 for 12km, while RM120 is charge for 6km Family category.
Walk-in Registration is also available at Bintulu Civic Centre (DewanSuarahBintulu) on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 5.15pm until 7.15pm.
