KUCHING: A beautician lost more than RM70,000 after her house at Taman Khee Moi, Sg Maong Tengah here was broken into on Wednesday night.
The 37-year-old woman discovered the break-in when she arrived home at around 11.55pm and saw the house in a mess and the back door of the house was forced open.
After checking the house, she found her jewellery, nine branded wristwatches, a tablet, a sum of money and foreign currencies worth RM70,500 were missing.
A police report on the incident was lodged and police were investigating the case.
