KUCHING: The International Conference of Islamic Scholars will now be held biennially.

This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Utilities and Telecommunications, Datuk Dr Abdul Rahman Junaidi, during the Adjournment Council of the International Islamic Scholars Council 1445H/2023.

The decision was made following discussions with Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Dr Abang Abdul Rahman Zohari Tun Datuk Openg during the opening ceremony.
