KUCHING: A motorcyclist died on the spot after the motorcycle he was riding collided with a van at the junction of Jalan Bau-Lundu at 5.30pm last Sunday.
The motorcyclist has been identified as Frances Casesedy anak Mini aged 39 from Kpg Bobak, Bau.
The impact of the collision caused Frances to be flung a few feet away and believed to have died from serious body and head injuries.
His remains were taken to Sarawak General Hospital for a post mortem.
Police are investigating the case.
