KUCHING: A briefing to create public awareness on cyber crime and human trafficking will be held at the P Ramlee Auditorium, RTM Sarawak here on March 19.
The briefing is being organised by Communication and Multimedia Ministry (KKMM) strategic communication division.
Themed “Cyber Crime Prevention Awareness and Anti Human Trafficking”, a three-panel speakers from the Malaysia Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), Commercial Crime Investigation Department (CCID), Police and Council For Anti-Trafficking in Persons and Anti-Smuggling of Migrant (Mapo) have been invited to conduct the talk.
Some 300 participants, mostly from KKMM, federal agencies and students from both public and private institutions of higher learning are expected to attend.
KKMM deputy secretary general Shakib Ahmad Shakir is expected to officiate at the opening.
