MIRI: Two brothers were among blood donors who donated their blood on Saturday.
The brothers are Wong King Sieu (47 pints) and Wong King Tiong (37 pints).
According to Malaysian Red Crescent (MRC) Miri District Miri Blood Recruitment Committee deputy chairman Karambir Singh, 51 participants have initially registered for the blood donation drive — 13 are first-time donors.
However, 40 managed to successfully donate blood that day.
He added that MRC would be open on Sunday (June 7) from 8.30am to 1pm to welcome donors.
