SIBU: The Cabinet line-up introduced by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is inclusive of all parties and races in Malaysia, said Christopher Gira Sambang.

In saying that the Tamin Assemblyman urged everyone to show their support and give a chance to Anwar to run the country under his unity government.

“I believe all appointed ministers are able to deliver. What we want is a stable government to attract foreign investors to our country,” he said when contacted by New Sarawak Tribune today.

Meanwhile, on the appointment of MP from Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) as deputy prime minister, Gira noted that it was seen as a very wise decision by Anwar.

“It shows that unity government is the inclusiveness of the people of Sarawak and Sabah.

“I, as a Sarawakian, am very happy when five of our MPs from Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) were appointed as full ministers to his (Anwar) government.

“With these appointments, I believe Sarawak can progress better at federal and state levels,” he said.
