MIRI: A cat had quite an adventure on Monday morning today.
It was spotted stuck up a tree adjacent to a longhouse in Jalan Sepupok Niah here.
Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) Miri acting chief Ahmad Nizam Sapaiee disclosed that six firefighters from Batu Niah Bomba were sent to the location following a call at around 8.36am.
“Upon their arrival, the firefighters climbed up the tree to rescue the cat.
“However, the cat suddenly jumped down from the tall tree and landed safely.”
