KUCHING: The CATS Xposed Awards (CXA) Volume 2 organised by CATS FM hopes to boost the local music economy after Covid-19 pandemic impact.
The event, a virtual award which aims to raise local talents and musicians, will be held tomorrow night at 8pm on CATS FM’s Facebook page.
Apart from awarding the best songs, this event will also recognise the best music videos.
The digital radio award is based on two different categories; Malay/English and Ethnic.
CXA Volume 2 finalists are Hamka Alimin with the song ‘Valerie’, Lasykar Seni (Lasykar Hitam), Firrais featuring Amarah Emcee (Listrik Cinta), Zani Ajan (Sembilu), Imaginasi Muzik (Meditasi Mimpi), Natalie Anik (Jelungan), Robert Achu Lary (Nadai Ku Ngadang), Chris Aidan (Sejuta Kenang), Fred Alpha (Pengerindu Tuchi), and Teresak Borneo (Di Terabai Pengerindu).
