BINTANGOR: The newly built St James Church, here is now ready to serve its local Anglican community.
The church was built through efforts of Meradong assemblyman Datuk Ding Kuong Hiing who has presented funds from the allocation of the Rural Transformation Project (RTP) and also from the Unit for Other Religions (UNIFOR).
Ding hoped that all Anglicans in Bintangor continue to establish good relations with each other.
“The good relationship between each other should be maintained from time to time.
“If the church still lacks equipment or infrastructure, do come to the Service Centre to make an application,” he said when met by the media at a thanksgiving dinner here on Sunday.
The dinner was held as a token of appreciation to the church communities who helped in the construction of the new church.
