Company donates food aid

Date:

DALAT: PBH Sdn Bhd donated food aid to 100 poor and less fortunate as well as Muslim converts in Dalat constituency here on Friday.

It’s chairman Tan Sri Khalid Marzuki hoped the contributions would lighten the burden of the recipients during the fasting month and conditional movement control order (CMCO).

Members of Dalat Skuad Sayang and Malaysian Islamic Welfare Organsation (Perkim) Oya/Dalat branch helped to hand over the food aid to the recipients at their respective house.

Giving donations and helping the poor as well as the less fortunate during Ramadan was one of the noble practices and highly encouraged among Muslims, said Khalid.
