Construction of Anjung Usahawan Lawas 47pct complete

LAWAS: Anjung Usahawan Lawas, which is one of the projects under the Ministry of International Trade and Investment, is now 47 per cent complete.

Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hasan said the project, which is scheduled to be completed on May 6 this year, would provide various facilities to the residents.

“This project is to provide modern premises and it includes components such as business opportunities, washrooms, and other facilities including parking which is comfortable and sufficient.”

According to a report by the Sarawak Public Communications Unit (Ukas), he said this at a press conference after visiting the Anjung Usahawan project site here on Monday (Jan 17).

Awang Tengah, who is also International Trade and Investment Minister and Bukit Sari assemblyman, was satisfied with the progress of the construction project.
