BINTULU: Kawasan Rukun Tetangga (KRT) members need to cooperate with the Village Development and Security Committee (JKKK) for better management of activities in their respective areas.
Bintulu District Officer Mohammad Dino Amid said close ties would ensure the smooth planning and implementation of development programmes in their areas.
He did not deny that occasionally disagreements between the two parties on matters would occur.
However, Dino believed that any disagreement could be solved amicably.
He said this in his speech at “Majlis Jalinan Mesra Gawai Raya KRT” of Bintulu Division at Dewan Suarah here on Sunday night.
He also urged the KRT to unite the communities.
