KUCHING: Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hasan on Wednesday (Feb 17) received a courtesy call from the Miri Jatti Miriek Association.
The visit was aimed at discussing activities related to the association.
During the visit, Awang Tengah received a book entitled ‘Bup Iddeh Itai’ from the association’s president Datuk Abdillah Abdul Rahim.
The book, which is a compilation of words in the Miriek language, took three years to complete.
