MAJLIS Dakwah Negara (MDN) chairman Emeritus Professor Datuk Dr Mahmood Zuhdi Abdul Majid yesterday morning paid a courtesy call on the Yang di-Pertua Negeri Tun Pehin Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud at the Astana in Kuching.
He was accompanied by MDN officials Datuk Sallehuddin Abg Shokeran, Dr Mohd Fauzi Shafiee and Norazitul Azua Rusli. Also present were Sarawak Mufti Sahibus Samahah Datuk Kipli Yassin and Sarawak Islamic Council president Datu Misnu Taha.
Later, His Excellency also received a courtesy call by the new director of Sarawak Youth and Sports Department Azura Sarbin, also at the Astana.
