The MoU will facilitate joint delivery of technical training programmes, enrolment of Curtin Malaysia students in CENTEXS’ industry-certified training programmes, and provision of pathways for CENTEXS graduates to enter programmes at Curtin Malaysia.

Meanwhile, in the area of research and development, both institutions will collaborate to develop technical expertise to accelerate the transition of research outcomes and commercialisation to the public and private sectors.

The MoU exchange ceremony which was held as part of CENTEXS’ 7th Convocation officiated by Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg saw six other organisations also entering MoUs with the Sarawak government-owned technology training centre.
