JULAU: Julau police headquarter recorded 11 cases of crimes (Property & Violence) throughout 2017, compared with 13 cases recorded in 2016. Julau District Police chief, DSP Bidol Noyeng said IPD Julau had reached a high court case rate of 66.66 per cent. “Thus, I would like to thank you for your excellent success over last year.

“Hence, the cooperation and commitment of all officers and policemen are very important in combating crime and maintaining peace and order in the areas of Julau and Pakan,” he stressed. He said this in his speech at the IPD Julau Monthly parade in Julau yesterday.

Bidol hoped that such success and commitment will be further enhanced in 2018. “I also urge all parties, including government agencies, private sector, community leaders and local communities to assist police in the fight against crime through the Community Policing Programme,” said the local police chief.
