KUCHING: Bandar Kuching incumbent MP Dr Kelvin Yii Lee Wuen distributed ‘Bandar Kuching Care Pack’ consisting of face masks, sanitisers and COVID-19 test kits to members of the public and business owners in the constituency.
During the meet and greet session, members of the public and business owners shared their feedback and concerns with Dr Yii.
“It is very encouraging to see many come up to me and acknowledge what was done in the past four years in Kuching. They were saying how they will give their support to me in the upcoming general election.
“I am very encouraged by the support and encouragement given by the people,” he said in a social media post on Thursday (Oct 27).
Stating that there was no such thing as a safe seat, Dr Yii stated that he would continue to work hard.
“This is because every person in my constituency is important and it is my responsibility to represent them the best way I can,” he added.
