KUCHING:  About 100 orphans from primary and secondary schools in and around Kuching received Hari Raya Aidilfitri contributions from Sarawak Timber Industry Development Corporation (STIDC) during “Majlis Berbuka Puasa Bersama  Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hassan” at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) here on Sunday evening.

Datuk Amar Haji Awang Tengah Ali Hasan, who is also Deputy Chief Minister and   Minister of Urban Development and Natural Resources and Minister of Industrial Development and Entrepreneurs and Chairman of the Board of Management of STIDC, presented the Hari Raya contributions to the orphans.

The breaking of fast ceremony was also attended by Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of  Urban Development and Natural Resources and Board Member of STIDC, Dr Wan Lizozman Wan Omar, STIDC’s acting General Manager, Tuan Haji Hashim Bojet, former STIDC’s General Manager, Datu Haji Sarudu Hoklai and staff of  STIDC.
