MIRI: A man was hospitalised after he was grazed by a car yesterday afternoon.
According to sources, the victim who is in his 70s was crossing the road when a car approached and hit the victim nearby Saberkas flyover in Pujut in the 2pm accident.
The car was scheduled to be used for a wedding today.
However, the driver managed to brake on time, preventing serious injuries to the victim, who ended up being grazed by the vehicle’s side mirror.
The victim has been taken to Miri Hospital for treatment.
Following the accident, the car was hit by another car from behind.
