“Entrepreneurs who take part in this programme are locals from micro and small enterprises who are significantly involved in Tahai fish processing,” he said.

Roszaimi said that the marketing class through WhatsApp Business was conducted by Mohammad Hafidz Rohani, an entrepreneur who is from the Institut Keusahawanan Negara Berhad (Insken).

During the classes, Mohammad Hafidz explained the importance of using WhatsApp o sell and market the entrepreneurs’ products and services.

“The catalogue and sales closing features that have been developed greatly facilitate potential customers to make their sales and branding.

“The quick reply function is also a feature that can help entrepreneurs speed up the sales process,” added Mohammad Hafidz.
