From tomorrow till November 14, it will be held at the Merdeka Palace Hotel & Suites from 9am till 10pm.

The textile brands displayed are Elle Saab, Ungaro, Versace, Roberto Cavalli, Emilio Pucci and Dolce Gabbana.

Two international Italian fashion designers, Grazia Mazzuccheli from VEMA and Natalina De Vecchi from TGM International will be present.

According to the company’s head of sales and marketing, Lyna Doll, part of the proceeds from the sales will go to the autism foundation in Sarawak.

“Close to 30,000 children with disabilities were registered in Malaysia in 2012, and 19,150 of them were children with learning disabilities, according to Unicef records,” she said.

She noted that to raise a child with autism, it would cost about RM96,700.

“We would like to assist and to play a small part in reducing the burden of parents who are raising a child with autism.

“We would like to start with different campaign initiatives throughout 2019 onwards and we hope that it will make a difference to the community we are assisting,” she added.
