KUCHING: With a concept originating from South Africa, the specialty of Nando’s restaurant is the Afro-Portuguese Peri-Peri grilled chicken dish.

In addition to prioritising the comfort of customers, Nando’s also has the beautiful art of a full-time artist from South Africa around the dining area.

Among the ingredients used to produce Peri-Peri Chicken.

A variety of interesting menus are also offered here with a variety of sauce flavours suitable to be enjoyed with the dishes served.

Among them are Crispy Cheese Burger, Crispy Cheese Wrap, Flame Grilled Peri-Peri Chicken and several others.

The food at Nando’s does not use any preservatives, there are no seasonings and dyes in the sauce or the cooking, in fact the chicken served is usually marinated for 24 hours and then baked at the appropriate temperature.

This restaurant, established since 2002, also collaborates a lot with various agencies for the sake of business growth.

This includes working with Spier Arts Trust , a respected Cape Town-based art consultancy to source, vet and procure art on behalf of Nando’s.
