Facility Improvement Project inspected

KUCHING: State Secretary Datuk Amar Jaul Samion has inspected the progress of the Facility Improvement Project at Wisma Bapa Malaysia here yesterday (Feb 1).

Sarawak Public Communications Unit (Ukas), in a report, said the project is currently under construction and as of Sunday, it is 87 percent completed.

The new building, once completed, will house several blocks including covered parking facilities, security checkpoints, driver’s lounge, as well as a canteen and surau.

Jaul was later given a briefing on the development of the project as well as other related issues.
