Deputy Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof.

KUCHING: All is well for Senior Work Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof as he enters day five of home quarantine after he tested positive for Covid-19 recently.

“Today (June 15) marks the fifth day of home quarantine after I tested positive with Covid-19 on June 10, 2021.

Alhamdulillah, I do not display any symptoms that are associated with Covid-19 and my oxygen levels using the oximeter remain good at 97/98,” Fadillah said in a Facebook post today (June 15).

The Petra Jaya MP said that he had also carried out regular workout routines and his appetite is normal.

“I am deeply touched and grateful for all the prayers and well wishes. Alhamdullillah, with Allah SWT’s grace, my condition is stable and I am in good health.

“This is Taqdir (fate) which I accept with an open heart,” he said.

He also said that may God continue to protect and bring the people out of the pandemic which has disrupted and destroyed lives.

“Hence, it is my fervent hope that we will continue to comply with the standard operating procedures which are put in place,” he said.

Fadillah also urged those that have yet to register for the vaccine to do so to protect themselves and those around them against Covid-19.
